We have enjoyed our house sitting gig and the boys, although they like to go out each morning at 5:30 am. We are now hoping for some better weather so we can travel to Victoria, BC, catch the Black Ball Ferry to Port Angeles, WA. and head home down the coasts of Washington, Oregon & California. As you can see, this La Ninia winter has been tough to deal with while on the Island. Way to much snow.

For Virg's birthday we both were recovering from a 24 hr stomach flu racing over the Island. Wow, Happy 60th Birthday Virg.

Happy Belated Birthday Virginia!! So sorry to hear that you two got hit by the flu. Apparently it hasn't made it to the southern end of the island (thank goodness). I'm sure you're getting ready to head south; so safe travels and I'm sure we'll "talk" soon.
