AVENUE OF THE GIANTS

OUR LAST SIGHT SEEING ADVENTURE WAS THE AVENUE OF THE GIANTS REDWOODS OFF HWY 101. THIS IS NOT A ROAD FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO GO FAST. THE ROAD IS ALSO NARROW FOR PULLING RIGS DOWN IT. THE GIANT REDWOODS ARE INCHES FROM THE ROAD AND IF YOU AREN'T CAREFUL YOU COULD LOOSE AN AWNING. IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE AS THE SCENERY IS BEAUTIFUL. IF YOU LIKE WINE, STOP AT THE RIVER BEND WINERY. WE ARE NOW AT HOME IN NEVADA FOR THREE MONTHS AS WE WASH AND WAX THE RIG AND DO ALL THE NECESSARY MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. WE HEAD OUT FOR RENDEZVOUS STATE PARK ON BEAR LAKE IN UTAH THE MIDDLE OF MAY. SO DON'T LOOK FOR TO MANY UPDATES BETWEEN NOW AND THEN.

  2. I love the west coast. Being in the desert, I am missing the GIANT TREES!!
